Incredevo product line "CloudCost" ("Incredevo", "we", "us") provides business software and related services that help customers analyze, optimize, and reduce cloud infrastructure spending (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy explains how the organization collects, uses, discloses, and processes personal information in connection with their Website, marketing activities, and customer use of Services. It describes choices and rights available.

1. Information Used to Provide the Services
The company processes personal information from multiple sources to operate, secure, and improve Services, generating derived data including inferences, scoring, and profiles.
a) Third-party sources
Business contact and demographic information comes from service providers, integration partners, and publicly available sources like company websites, public APIs, and professional registries. Providers must represent they have lawful basis to share data.
b) Customer and User-provided information
- User account details: name, work email, phone, job title, employer, location
- Cloud account connection data: subscription IDs, resource metadata, cost data (no credentials stored)
- Technical data: IP addresses and telemetry via Services for troubleshooting, security, product improvement
- Billing data: payment instruments and details provided to payment processors
- Account support data: information for account creation and maintenance
Customer-submitted data is used only to provide and improve Services for that Customer as permitted contractually.
2. Automatically Collected Information ("Usage Information")
When visiting the Website, using Services, or interacting with emails, the organization and third parties may automatically collect information via cookies, pixels, SDKs, web beacons, JavaScript, and similar technologies.
This includes:
- Device and browser metadata: type, version, OS, language, time zone

- Verify identity, create and manage accounts, provide support
- Send operational communications and product updates
AI & Machine Learning

b) Usage Information
Usage Information is used to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Website and Services; diagnose and fix issues; develop new features; and verify identity and prevent abuse.
c) Marketing Information
Marketing Information is used to respond to inquiries and fulfill requests; send updates, newsletters, and event information; and personalize and measure marketing.

a) Service providers & partners
Information is shared with vendors helping operate the organization (hosting, infrastructure, support, product analytics, billing/payment, communications, security). They must use data only under instructions with appropriate safeguards.
